How often should I get a facial?
Every 4–6 weeks is ideal to maintain healthy, balanced, glowing skin.
Is the Signature Glass-Skin Facial suitable for sensitive skin?

Can I combine add-ons with any facial?
Absolutely. Add-ons like dermaplaning and LED therapy can enhance your facial for even better results.
Will there be downtime?
For our signature Korean Glass-Skin Facial, Acne and Anti-Aging Facial clients do not experience any downtime.
For Microneedling expect 24 hours of downtime. Mild dryness or flaking may occur during the healing process
For Microchannelling (Procell) expect 12 hours of downtime.
Who is Microneedling or Microchanneling not made for:
Clients with active infections, open wounds, certain skin conditions, or specific medical contraindications. A consultation and skin assessment will be completed prior to treatment to ensure microneedling or microchanneling is appropriate for your skin.
When will I see results?
Many clients notice their skin looking brighter, smoother, and more refreshed within days of treatment. Results vary based on the treatment performed, individual skin concerns, and adherence to recommended home care.
Does microneedling or microchanneling hurt?
Most clients find the treatment very tolerable. You may experience mild sensitivity during the procedure and temporary redness afterward, similar to a mild sunburn.
What should I avoid after treatment?
Following microneedling or microchanneling, we recommend avoiding excessive sun exposure, strenuous exercise, saunas, hot tubs, and active skincare ingredients such as retinol or exfoliating acids for the period recommended by your provider.
Can I wear makeup after microneedling or microchanneling?
Your provider will give personalized post-treatment instructions. In general, clients are advised to allow the skin time to recover before applying makeup.
