Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please take a moment to review our booking policies: A$30 deposit will be charged for services at time of booking. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Your $30 deposit will apply if you cancel your appointment in less than 24 hours’ notice or no show. Late Arrivals: Clients arriving greater than 15 minutes late may receive a shortened service, or if there is not enough time to complete the scheduled service due to the delay, your $30 deposit will apply. We do our best to accommodate, but out of respect for other clients' bookings, we may not be able to extend your appointment time. If you cancel your appointment greater than 24 hours then your $30 deposit will be refunded If you reschedule your appointment in greater than 24 hours then your $30 deposit will be applied to your new appointment.
