Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please take a moment to review our booking policies: Late Cancellations & No-Shows: A $30 fee will be applied to appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or for no-show appointments. Late Arrivals: Clients arriving greater than 15 minutes late may receive a shortened service, or if there is not enough time to complete the scheduled service due to the delay, a $30 fee will be charged. We do our best to accommodate, but out of respect for other clients' bookings, we may not be able to extend your appointment time. Fees help to cover lost time and income as booking slots cannot be filled on short notice. A$30 deposit will be charged for services greater than $40 at time of booking.
